Why TOANUL NOU? (2010 is the future but...not so distant)
riday afternoon: by now all the offices are closed and Bucarest prepares for a torrid and polluted weekend. The lucky ones are already on the motorway heading in the direction of Brasov !
In little more than an hour they will arrive at exit 10, corresponding to the city of Rasnov. After leaving the motorway and travelling 7km their comfortable villa is there waiting for them. On the national road DN73 in the direction of Bran you can already catch a glimpse of the recently constucted 'Flower Village' complex. On approaching the entrance, with a simple bip the characteristic gate, denoting the artistic skills of the craftsmen operating in the area, opens and the whole family prepares to enter the welcoming residence purchased three years ago on a bank mortgage and that is proving to be vital not only for escaping the smog, noise and stress of everyday life in the capital, but also an excellent and worthy investment.
The village is strategically positioned with a supermarket very nearby in the neighbourhood for everyday purchases and to stock up for longer periods. Also in a few minutes we are already in the centre of the renowned holiday village of Bran with its famous castle of Count Dracula, or at Risnov, Poiana Brasov or Brasov where there's the newly operating airport of Ghimbov. In case of a work emergency or anything else, you can easily make a return trip to Bucarest on the same day and in little time without problems.
In winter you can easily reach the various ski-slopes served by chair lifts where our children can vent their energy! During the summer the most beautiful and satisfying trips to the countryside and excursions to the mountains are within reach for long and pleasurable picnics in the open air.
In conclusion we can declare to have made an excellent choice in every sense and above all an intelligent business move. Infact today the value of our house has already increased by over 50% and we are really happy and satisfied.
